Partnership Overview
Are you passionate about mentoring and multiplying disciples for Jesus? We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a disciple-making mentor in Azerbaijan. This exciting opportunity requires a lot of travel and a strong ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
Required Skills
As a disciple making mentor, you will be responsible for training and equipping local believers to share their faith and make new disciples. It is beneficial if you have previous experience serving among Muslims or speak Russian or a Turkic language, though it is not a requirement.
You must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with local churches and leaders. You will be working closely with a team of like-minded individuals who are committed to seeing the gospel spread throughout Azerbaijan.
This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a country where the gospel is still relatively new. If you are excited about the prospect of mentoring and multiplying disciples for Jesus, we would love to hear from you. Please contact us as soon as possible to join our team and be a part of seeing God's kingdom grow in Azerbaijan!
Vision statement: We want to train and send national disciple makers who love Jesus, obey Jesus and share Jesus into all least reached areas of the Turkic speaking world.

* The jobs listed on this website do not have a set salary. This means that the person who applies will need to raise their own support, which is money that they will use to live on. The amount of support money they need to raise will depend on things like where they are from, if they have a family, and what country they will be working in. There might be some jobs that pay salary, but these are rare and would need to be negotiated with the sending offices and the teams you'd like to serve with. If you have any questions about this, please contact your local home office. Always keep in mind that our ministry depends on generous giving from our partners around the globe and God's ongoing provision. Joining OM is always seen as a step of faith and trust in a God who will provide for our needs through his chosen people.
