Partnership Overview
At MediaWorks, we equip local ministries around the globe with relevant print and digital media that helps them share the gospel and strengthen believers in their communities. LightNet enables ministries to run their own web-based media distribution sites. They can publish curated content in the language of the communities they serve. We are looking for a software developer to advance the work of LightNet. You will contribute to the LightNet open-source project, help ministries worldwide use it, and be part of communicating God's love to least-reached people groups.

We are using the following technologies:
Web development stack (Astro, React, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript)
Cloud Infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages)
Continuous integration and delivery pipeline (GitHub actions)
Automated testing tools (Vitest, Playwright) Understanding of and compliance with OM core values and statement of faith (https://www.om.org/int/beliefs)
Requirements:
A few years of work experience in the industry
Familiarity with some of the above-mentioned technologies
Team player who is willing to learn, adapt and work on an international hybrid team
Good communication skills, able to communicate in English
Financial: Salaries for full-time OM workers are not provided by the organisation but through individual support raising. There is also the possibility to offer your time on a voluntary basis.
