Zusammen mit dir sind wir Weltenveränderer
We believe every follower of Jesus has a role to play in God's mission. As Mission Mobiliser you share with individuals, groups and churches about the opportunities there are for people to take a step of faith and get (more) involved. In this way you'll contribute to a growing mission force and a strengthening of the church in Ireland.
Dein Profil, um Welten zu verändern
At one point in history, many Christian missionaries left Ireland to spread the gospel throughout the world. In recent times, the number of Irish involved in missions has become less and less. As a field, we wish to see more men, women, and families taking steps of faith to engage in sharing about Jesus through community engagement, short term opportunities and long term commitments both in Ireland and abroad.
You'll connect with churches, networks and individuals to see where they are at in their journey of mission engagement, and help them take the next step. This could be by creating awareness, awakening people to the task at hand or helping people engage in suitable ways with God's mission in the world. Your good communication and people skills will help you do this well.
You stay updated on opportunities within OM Ireland and International to get involved in praying, giving and serving, and actively present these to believers in Ireland. Your friendliness, passion and excitement is engaging and draws people in to investigate more.
This role can be done full-time or part time, and can partially be done remotely.

* The jobs listed on this website do not have a set salary. This means that the person who applies will need to raise their own support, which is money that they will use to live on. The amount of support money they need to raise will depend on things like where they are from, if they have a family, and what country they will be working in. There might be some jobs that pay salary, but these are rare and would need to be negotiated with the sending offices and the teams you'd like to serve with. If you have any questions about this, please contact your local home office. Always keep in mind that our ministry depends on generous giving from our partners around the globe and God's ongoing provision. Joining OM is always seen as a step of faith and trust in a God who will provide for our needs through his chosen people.
